  • All Sales Are Final: Once you have placed an order with us, we do not offer exchanges, returns, or refunds. CANCELLATIONS We aim to process orders promptly to ensure timely delivery to our customers. Unfortunately, this means that we cannot accommodate order cancellations once they have been placed. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS We understand that accidents can happen during the shipping process. If you receive a package containing damaged products, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide Visual Evidence: To help us assess the situation and expedite a resolution, please send clear pictures of the damaged items and the packaging to info.lisafayservices@gmail.com. This will assist us in determining the cause of the damage and identifying areas for improvement.

Once we receive your report and pictures, we will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed. We are committed to ensuring you receive the highest quality products, and we will work diligently to resolve any issues with damaged items.

PACKAGE NEVER RECEIVED If you believe your package was never received, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer support team to report the issue. Include your order number and any relevant details regarding the missing package.

  2. Confirm Delivery Address and Information: Upon your request, we will provide you with the delivery address you provided, the date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping details. This information will help you investigate the matter directly with the carrier responsible for your delivery.

Please note that once the package leaves our facility and is in the possession of the carrier, LisaFay Soap is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend that you monitor your tracking information closely and, if needed, contact the carrier to inquire about the status of your delivery.
